wowph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the wowph platform, including but not limited to the website at wowph.org, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features offered therein. This Agreement is effective upon your creation of a wowph account or, where no account is created, upon your first use of the platform.

By proceeding with registration or continued use of wowph, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

To register and maintain an active account on wowph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. wowph does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by wowph or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on wowph. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. wowph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wowph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify wowph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified wowph of any unauthorized access;
• Not allow any other person, including family members, to use your wowph account.

wowph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. wowph reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized access, identity fraud, or breach of these account responsibilities.

Know Your Customer (KYC): wowph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by wowph may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

wowph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wowph account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• wowph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• wowph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and linked to your verified wowph account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected.
• wowph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

wowph offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. wowph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, bingo, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: wowph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

wowph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the wowph platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

wowph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by wowph or any third party.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wager placed will be refunded to the player's account.
• wowph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a software error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. wowph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during active game rounds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wowph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to wowph immediately;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wowph platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

wowph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

All content on the wowph platform — including but not limited to the wowph brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of wowph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wowph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the wowph platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any wowph content;
• Use any wowph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the wowph platform.

Any unauthorized use of wowph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by wowph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wowph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the wowph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, subject to the void bet provisions in Section 6;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

The wowph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wowph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit wowph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

wowph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering on wowph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance;
• wowph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the wowph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your wowph account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.

Closure by wowph: wowph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, wowph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

wowph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms & Conditions to the extent required by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Dispute Resolution Process:

2. wowph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with wowph's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
