For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on the bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by wowph, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own daily transaction caps. Always check your GCash or bank app for any applicable limits before initiating a large deposit.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your wowph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the bank's processing schedule. wowph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — GCash, your bank, or another e-wallet — may apply their own service charges or transfer fees. The amount credited to your wowph account will be the net amount received after any third-party deductions.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

To withdraw from wowph, log in to your account and navigate to My Account → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to cash out, and confirm the request. Make sure your withdrawal account details match the name on your wowph account — mismatched names will cause delays.
